Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

When an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. This includes:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Adding or removing items
  • Altering the shipping method
  • Modifying the delivery or billing address

If you need to update your delivery address, you may be able to do so by contacting your delivery courier directly.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the UK, Europe, and Australia.

However, we are working on shipping to other international locations.

What are your shipping times?

Standard Delivery (2-4 Working Days) - £2.99

Next Working Day Delivery (Order by 3PM. Monday - Friday Only) - £3.99

Free Standard Delivery on All Orders Over £75

Can I change my shipping address once an order is placed?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. You may be able to contact your courier to make any changes.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

My order says delivered but I have not recieved it. What should I do?

If you have not received your parcel, please contact our customer service team at info@peakclo.com. We will first assist you in locating your parcel, and if necessary, we will initiate an investigation with the courier.

What payment types do you accept?

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. For purchases made on our Shopify store, we accept the following payment methods:

When will I be charged?

The total value of your order will be charged at the time of purchase. We will not process or fulfill your order until we have received full payment.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We allow you to return your items for within 30 days from receipt of your goods, free within the first 14 days. Returns must be unworn with tags attached and in the original packaging. For more information please see our Returns Policy.

What is your refund processing time?

When you return an item, our goal is to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

Return Receipt: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Processing Time: After the return has been approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. This timeframe allows us to complete all necessary checks and handle any administrative tasks.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our customer service team for alternative solutions.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. This email will include details about the refund amount and the payment method used.

Provider Processing Time: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if I recieve a faulty/damaged item?

Please reach out to our customer service team at returns@peakclo.com as soon as possible with the following details, and a team member will assist you:

  • Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Delivery Address and Postcode
  • Photos: Clear images of the entire item and the specific damage or fault.

Please note: We can only handle returns for items purchased directly from our online store. For items bought through third parties, please contact their customer service team for assistance.
